Travel Smart, Travel Green!
Methods of sustainable travel, like walking, cycling, using public transport or car sharing don't just lead to a cleaner and healthier environment. Travelling 'green' improves fitness and stress management, saves you money and time, makes roads safer and improves mental health and wellbeing.
Walk your way to health!
Walking just 30 minutes a day can alleviate stress and fatigue, increase attention and decision making, keep weight in check, lower risk of heart problems and improve blood pressure.
Many of Elim's properties and schemes are surrounded by fantastic walks - many of which are listed on the Bristol Ramblers website: http://www.bristolramblers.org.uk/
For walks outside of Bristol, why not check out http://walkit.com/ or download the walkit app for journey planners and tips and tricks for going green.
