The Resident forum

The resident forum

The Resident Forum has been set up to help ensure the services we provide are of benefit to our residents.

The Forum

  • monitors and challenges our standards of service;
  • is involved in decisions which affect residents; and
  • examines our performance in areas such as Customer Service and Value for Money.

The way we conduct meetings is set out by the Terms of Reference for Resident Forum.pdf [pdf] 231KB .

Any resident can join the Forum and we can help forum members with the costs of attending meetings.

You can find dates and venues of forthcoming Resident Forum meetings below.  You can also find minutes of previous meetings.

If you want to become involved in the Forum you may find these minutes useful to help you find out what the Forum discusses and how it operates.

If you would like more information about the forum please Contact us.

Resident involvement information pack

We have created a pack of information which we hope will be useful for anyone who wishes to be more involved as a resident of Elim.

It includes information including how to make a meeting go smoothly, how to interpret performance information and a 'jargon buster'.

You can download the pack or Contact us for a printed copy.
