Chief Executive
Paul has worked in housing for over 30 years, both supported and general needs. He has been the Chief Executive of two organisations, Housing Potential UK (the housing skills body) and the Furniture Re-use Network. He has worked at a senior level for two housing associations and prior to joining Elim was the Cabinet Member for Housing at Bristol city Council.
Paul believes his priorities are excellent customer service, sustainable growth of the business and ensuring good governance informed by the views and needs of our residents. Paul has overall responsibility for the delivery of our corporate plan and the delivery of services to all our customers.
Deputy Chief Executive
Rachel joined the Elim Group in 2012 and is Deputy Chief Executive for the Housing Association. Rachel has over 16 years experience of working in the housing sector; both with housing associations and in a private, multi-disciplinary design and planning consultancy.
At Elim, Rachel is responsible for the strategic leadership of all our customer services, including housing management and our maintenance service. Rachel is responsible for The transparency, influence and accountability standard, The Safety & Quality Standard, The neighbourhood and community standard and The tenancy standard.
Director of Resources
Rob joined the Elim Group in 2024 and is Director of Resources for the Housing Association. Rob has over 20 years of significant finance leadership experience in the delivery of housing and care home services for older people.
Rob is responsible for overseeing Elim’s Finance and IT departments as well as risk and audit, serving as company secretary, and playing a key role as a member of the strategic leadership team.
