Elim is governed by a board of volunteers who are selected to contribute a range of skills to the organisation. The Board is responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction of the organisation, for monitoring its progress and ensuring that the organisation provides good value for money.
The Board also undertakes its detailed work through three committees and a subsidiary Board. These are:
Customer Service Committee (CSC)
Focusses on customer related issues including housing management, supported housing, asset management and repairs.
Development & Assets Committee (DAC)
Focusses on property-based issues including the improvement of our existing homes and the building or purchasing of new ones.
Finance, Risk & Audit Committee (FRAC)
Focuses on money-related issues, including accounts, audits, borrowing and risk management.
Development & Growth Committee (DAG) Focusses on new building, contract growth and rationalisation.
Organisational Development Committee (ODC) Focusses on colleague related issues including human resources and remuneration.
Sally Mason

Current professional role: Sally has over 25 years' experience in HR and Organisational Development in both private and not-for-profit sectors, ranging from hospitality to social housing and believes strongly in the link between excellent customer service and high performing staff teams.

Kathryn Has worked in housing for over 20 years. Her experience extends to Partnership working and development of all housing tenures and new communities.

Ian has held senior finance positions at housebuilders and housing associations for the last 20 years. He is also a member of Elim's Risk and Audit Committee.

Current professional role: Shawn has held senior positions for over 25 years, most recently as Chief Financial Officer for European operations.
Shawn is also a Non Executive Director in the NHS and is a Governor at City of Bristol College.

In a career spanning over 35 years Jason brings with him a wealth of business experience across a variety of sectors. Having operated at CEO level on the London Stock Exchange his passion is to help companies and individuals maximise their true potential.
Jason intends to bring forward development opportunities through his wide-ranging contact base whilst using his extensive knowledge of the property development industry and importantly, by also providing support and guidance to the senior management team.
