Handover of Affordable Homes at new Tilsdown Development

Customers began settling into their new homes last week at Tilsdown Gardens following Elim taking handover of 4 new affordable homes acquired from Piper Homes.

The 15 -home development at Tilsdown, Cam in Gloucestershire is designed with community in mind, close to the neighbouring town of Dursley and situated on the edge of the Cotswolds, with great transport links to Gloucester and Bristol.

The 4 homes acquired by Elim consist of 2 x two bed homes for affordable rent for local families and 2 x three bed homes for shared ownership sale.
