Repairs & Maintenance Update

Since April 2024 we have started making some changes to our repairs and maintenance service. This has included the introduction of new contractors across all the areas where we have homes. Instead of one single contractor covering the majority of our customer’s homes, we will be working with a range of companies who operate in different geographical locations or specialise in different trades.

We are aiming to improve our customers’ experience of Elim’s repairs and maintenance service over the year ahead.
