Successful Bid to Support Rough Sleeping

We are pleased to announce that Elim have successfully secured funding from the Next Steps Accommodation Programme. The funding will enable us to provide 9 single occupants with a home, with residents able to reside there as long as required dependent on their support needs.

Focussing on recovery and enabling residents to progress towards more independent and secure living in the future. This scheme further strengthens Elim’s pathway of supported accommodation that we already provide in South Gloucestershire.

We look forward to working with South Gloucestershire Council to provide high quality, life changing homes for those experiencing homelessness.

The funding comes under a wider £900,000 bid to the Government’s Next Steps Accommodation Programme, a nationwide scheme aimed at reducing rough sleeping and those repeatedly rough sleeping by supporting residents into more permanent accommodation.
