Your Customer Portal- Sign up to win!

Register for your Elim Customer Portal account to be entered into our prize draw to win one of three £30 shopping vouchers.

If you’ve not previously signed up to the portal, you’ll need to register your account before you can start using it. To do so, you’ll need your tenancy reference number and your email address to hand.

Then it’s just three simple steps to set up your account:

• Visit Your Portal
• Select ‘register a new account’
• Enter your tenancy reference number and email address. Now you can start using the portal!

The portal provides customers self-service options where you can check your rent balance, make payments, update your personal information and make other requests for action.

If you register your account before 15 March 2024 you’ll be automatically entered into a prize draw to win one of three £30 Love2shop vouchers. Terms and conditions apply. We’ll contact the winners of the draw shortly after this date.

What if I need help to use the portal?
