Lime Property Ventures is a subsidiary of Elim Housing Association. Its purpose is to develop homes and generate profit for reinvestment in the social objectives of the Elim Housing Group.
Lime Property Ventures’ core business is developing new homes for sale. It focuses on smaller sites with 10 homes or less as part of joint venture arrangements, or five houses or less on sites we seek to develop independently.
Partnership working is at the centre of Lime Property Ventures plan for future growth. We are seeking house builders and development partners with shared values and an open approach to maximising local land and building opportunities.
