Rachel Pinchin

Rachel joined the Elim Group in 2012. Rachel has over 16 years experience of working in the housing sector; both with housing associations and in a private, multi-disciplinary design and planning consultancy. 

At Elim, Rachel is responsible for the strategic leadership of all our customer services, including housing management and our maintenance service. Rachel is responsible for The transparency, influence and accountability standard, The Safety & Quality Standard, The neighbourhood and community standard and The tenancy standard.
