Our Current Vacancies page has information about our current job and volunteer opportunities.

All applications should be submitted via the Elim Jobs Portal. Just click on ‘apply now’ within the job advert.

If you are not able to apply online or need a printed copy of the application form please contact us with the job you’re interested in and your address. We’ll pop an application form (including job profile) in the post to you.

To find out more, go to How to Apply.

To find out more about volunteering opportunities, go to Volunteering and Student Placements, or contact the HR team on 01454 411172 (option 6) or email HR@elimhousing.co.uk.

Each vacancy will clearly state the closing date for applications. The date will be listed with the advert of the role.

We provide a job profile for each role, this details the purpose, responsibilities, skills and experience for the role. If you think you have what it takes to be successful in the role, you can apply online. When applying, you should make sure that the additional information in the application form demonstrate that you fit the specification well. You should also detail what value you could bring to Elim.

For volunteering positions, you will not require specific qualifications or previous experience working in a housing or support-related field. Volunteers will need a positive attitude and willingness to help others.

We will send you a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of all applications received by email. Please note that applications sent by post will not receive confirmation.

If your application is successful, we will contact you and invite you to come for a job interview. We will usually contact you a few days before the interview date.

Volunteers will usually be asked to meet with us prior to starting a placement. This is not a formal interview, but an opportunity to discuss the expectations of the role in more detail.

All documents are saved in Microsoft Word (.docx) format. If you are unable to download the documents, you can send us an email at HR@elimhousing.co.uk. We will be able to send you the document in a different format.

If you’re successful, your CV or application form will be the basis of your personal file.

If you’re unsuccessful, we’ll keep it on file for six months from the closing date. We’ll only pass your application form on to be considered for other posts after contacting you.
