Elim Marks Race Equality Week

Race Equality Week took place at the end of January as part of a national initiative to raise awareness of race inequality, encourage open conversation, and promote positive action towards more inclusive and equitable workplaces and communities.

To mark the week, Elim colleagues were invited to take part in Race Equality training, supporting greater understanding and practical learning around race equality.

This initiative strongly reflects our Elim CARES values and reinforces our commitment to putting people at the heart of everything we do. By building understanding and inclusion, we aim to create a workplace where colleagues feel valued and empowered, while strengthening our ability to deliver services that truly meet the diverse needs of the customers we support.
