SIM Cards to Tackle Digital Exclusion 

Working alongside Vodaphone’s Charities.Connected initiative, we are now able to provide Elim customers with short term help with their digital connection.

Vodaphoneuk have provided Elim with up to 250 free SIM Cards available to support individuals and households who might be struggling to get online and stay connected. Elim customers in need will be able to request a free SIM card loaded with 40GB of data, as well as free calls and texts every month for 6 months.

We know how important digital connectivity is and are pleased to be able to help households with the connection to access work, online advice and digital contact with friends and family.

We will log your request and you will be asked to adhere to terms and conditions as set out by Vodaphone UK. Once the terms and conditions have been agreed too, you will be sent 1 SIM card. SIM cards will be distributed on request until the supply has been fully allocated.

Please Note

• The service will commence on the date the user inserts the SIM into a device and will run for a continuous period of six (6) months from that date.
• Each customer will be eligible for 1 SIM card only.
• Each customer will need their own device, and it will be the user’s responsibility to ensure the SIM card is suitable for use on that device.
• We do not allow the transfer of this offer to anyone else and we will not give any cash alternative instead.
• After the initial 6 months, if the user wishes to do so, he can purchase credit and carry on using the SIM at standard Pay as You Go rates or purchase any available bundle (or the same with another mobile network provider). The User is not obliged to use the SIM.
• Use of the service must be for private, personal and non-commercial purposes and users must only use the service in the UK.
• The service is subject to network coverage and availability.
